Regional Training Changes - November 2019

Hi All,

Please make a note of the November training changes below for the Regional Squads.

Regional Development

Saturday 9th November - No training for swimmers competing in the Autumn Development Gala (Training as normal for rest of squad)

Thursday 21st November - No PM Training (RLSS Commonwealths) (AM Training as Normal)

Friday 22nd November - No Training (RLSS Commonwealths at JCCS)

Saturday 23rd November - No Training (RLSS Commonwealths at JCCS)

Monday 25th November - No AM Training for swimmers who have competed at Junior League Grand Final

Regional Performance

Friday 1st November 2019 - 19:00 - 20:00 (Swimmers competing at NER's 1 hour, swimmers who are not competing will train as normal)
Saturday 2nd November - No Training for NER Swimmers, none NER swimmers will train as normal
Monday 4th November - No Am Training for those swimmers who have competed at NER's, training as normal for those swimmers who have not competed
