Keep training hard 🙂.  Only 32 days until the start of the NER's.  Try and attend every session to give yourself the best possible chance of success on competition day.

"As a sportsman, I accept being beaten.  Everybody tries to be a winner but only one in a race will win.  It's fun to win.  But I don't find unhappiness if I loose."
(Kip Keino. Kenyan Athlete, two-time Olympic gold medallist, Mexico 1968, Munich 1972)

"For myself, losing is not coming second.  It's getting out of the water knowing you could have done better.  For myself, I have won every race I've been in."
(Ian Thorpe. Australian swimmer, five-time Olympic gold medallist, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004)

Well done!
