Wales Team Bus - Estimated Time of Arrival

Hi All,

Just to let you know that the Wales team bus is due back at John Charles around 17:30 this evening (traffic dependant).

After all the fantastic results they have achieved over the week, it would be fantastic if parents could arrive early and give the team a huge round of applause as the swimmers disembark the bus and we welcome them back in Leeds.

I hope everyone has had a great time and manages to take the opportunity over the next 3 weeks to have a well-earned rest.

Have a great summer and see you all in the new season 😊

We also had an evening trip to the beach, and a sleepover to celebrate an amazing and successful week in Swansea.

At this evening's Team Talk, the highlights Phoebe pointed out were:

- Super proud of the whole Team's organisation. Nobody has had to be waken on an AM, and nobody has forgotten swim kit/goggles!!

- The race confidence people are showing is brilliant. We are getting lots of conversions from heat to finals and gutsy performances.

- Mia Travis-Jones. Star of the Day! Has had lots of finals and smashed her 200m Fly Final this PM.

-  Super Proud of those swimmers who aren't necessarily achieving Lifetime Best Performances, but handling it well and still converting through finals!

Tomorrow night there will be a sleepover treat for such an immense week of performances!!
