Christmas Cracker Raffle Prizes

The Supporters Committee have acquired a number of empty hampers which we are hoping to fill with donations from parents.

It doesn't have to be a large donation just a bottle of wine, or a couple of cans of beer/lager or Christmas chocolates etc.

We are happy to take donations on Monday Club Nights and will take them from today onwards.

Some good swims in Sheffield, you all stepped up and got stuck into your races challenging some of the best swimmers in the North East of England.

LEEDS SPORTS AWARDS 2020 IS HERE!

The Leeds Sports Awards 2020 at will return first direct arena on Thursday 27th February to celebrate sporting success across the city.

The 17th Leeds Sports Awards will recognise the achievements and contributions of athletes, coaches, clubs and volunteers in 2020. Make sure you vote and nominate now to recognise your favourite sporting icons.

Returning to Leeds' iconic first direct arena for fourth year, we will have the privilege of welcoming sportspersons of all levels and abilities, from Olympians to local athletes, as well as their coaches, volunteers, sponsors, dignitaries and more, to this vibrant celebration of sport.

The awards celebrate the achievements and contributions across the city, including grass roots, professional clubs and athletes, right through to coaches, administrators and volunteers. Make sure you vote and nominate to ensure those who deserve recognition receive it on the grandest of stages, in front of an inspirational audience.

Every year the Leeds Sports Awards proves to be the highlight of Leeds' sporting calendar and the 2020 awards will be no different. We look forward to welcoming back a range of individuals from all levels of sport.

There's no limit to the number of people you can nominate so make sure you nominate all those sporting legends now!

Simply click on Senior Achievers, choose the awards you'd like to vote for, then tick the box for the athlete you feel deserves to win. Don't forget to fill out your details. Only one vote per email address for each award will be counted.

Chester-le-Street Success

Well done to all swimmers who competed in the Chester-le-Street Meet over the weekend.

Regional Development achieved 46 PB's out of 74 Swims, 1 Gold Medals, 2 Bronze Medals and 7 more Yorkshire times for 2019. There were 8 final swims of which 7 were swum faster in the final. Great stuff.

Junior League Grand Final 2019

Congratulations,

Your child has been selected to swim for the City of Leeds at the Inter-Junior League Grand Final in Corby on Sunday 24^th November. Please find the team roster below.

Please could you confirm your child's availability for this event to Kevin Schofield (kevin.schofield@leeds.gov.uk) no later than Wednesday 6th November at 5:00pm.

Kim Mathias will be our lead Team Manager and will be coordinating logistics and tickets in due course.
