National Age Group Qualifier Summary

Hello Everyone!

Well done at the Gala we had some excellent swims with great PB's!

Summary of the Meet:
66 Swims
49 PB's
6 more NER Qualifying times
7 Finals

Areas for improvement:
Underwater Phase
Not breathing in and out of turns
Streamlining
Sticking to a breathing pattern on Frontcrawl

We keep working on these in training, eventually if you all get it right in training, it WILL develop into competitive meets.
