Training Alterations

Sunday 27th November - Normal (Lyn will take the session as me and Ryan are at Junior League)

Monday 29th November - North Eastern's Week (Anyone who is swimming at Sunderland should only attend one morning)

Thursday 1st December - We will be finishing around 8:10 - 8:20pm

Friday 2nd December - 19:30 - 20:30pm (Race Warm Up/ Starts, Turns, Finishes etc)

Sunday 3rd December - Normal (Ryan will take the session as I am at NER's, Sunderland)

Friday 23rd December - please keep this free as this will be our Xmas party. I am just confirming that we can have the inflatable in and then food over the road at Dannys Cafe
