Yorkshire SA Championships

Yorkshire - Meet 1
The group performed fantastic last weekend at the Yorkshires achieving 56PB's out of 75 Swims, 22 more NER times, 14 final swims, 8 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal.

Yorkshire - Meet 2
The group had another ace weekend of racing achieving 67PB's out of 89 Swims, 15 more NER times, 23 final swims, 9 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals and 5 Bronze Medals.

So after two hard weekends of competing, C Central performed outstandingly bringing the total number of PB's to 123 out of 164 Swims, 37 more NER times, 37 final swims, 17 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals and 6 Bronze Medals.

Well Done to the whole squad, very impressive!!!!!!

Hopefully we will have another successful weekend at the Yorkshire Sprints in Sheffield, especially as some of you have already beaten your PB's in training this week.

Tonight we said goodbye to some of our team mates who have moved on to the next step of the swimming ladder. They will be missed. Good luck guys keep focused. Hopefully some of you will be joining them in National Age Group in the summer.

Also thank you for all the Birthday cards and leaving gifts I have received over the week!

Keep training hard and be ready to storm the Yorkshires at the weekend! Show the other clubs what you are made of.
