Well Done!

Well done to everyone who competed at the weekend. The group achieved 35 PB's, 5 more NER times, 2 Golds , 1 Silver, 3 Bronze Medals and 36 Final swims.

Also well done to Harry who achieved a National time over the weekend in the 200m Breastroke along with team mate Layla who has just moved up to National Age. Group.

Keep training hard. On the whole the technique of the squad is looking very good at the moment. Make sure you transfer this into your racing. I am looking forward to seeing something special this weekend at Harrogate.
