Harrogate Summer A Grade Meet

C Central achieved 60 PB's out of 78 Swims, 9 Speeding Tickets, 19 Gold Medals, 9 Silver Medals, 11 Bronze Medals and 7 NER times this weekend. Another fantastic meet, Great Effort!!!

Most of you are starting to get the idea of how to pace on the 200's now. For some of you it looks like your race plan is coming together as we get close to the end of the season.

I know some of you were successful in achieving Yorkshire times for October and North Eastern times for December this weekend, a job well done!
