Last Few Sessions....

For some of you Sunday was my last session with you until next season.  I wish you all a fantastic and well deserved summer break.  I have really enjoyed coaching you through C Centrals most successful season to date. 

 

Some of you maybe receiving letters during the holidays to notify you on your promotion.  Therefore after Wales I may longer be your coach.  I hope you will be happy in your new squads and I look forward to seeing you progress to the top.  I have thoroughly enjoyed coaching all of you and I want to thank you all for making coming to work so much fun, I will miss coaching you.  Keep up the hard work in the new season as dreams can become reality through hard work.

 

Swimmers who are not going to Wales you are still welcome to go to the following sessions:

Monday 16th July (AM & PM) - No Training

Wednesday 17th July (PM) - No Training

Thursday 19th July (AM) - No Training

Thursday 19th July (PM) - 19:30 - 21:00 (Armley with Sharon)

Friday 20th July (PM) - 18:30 - 19:30 (Armley with Lyn)

 

Swimmers who are travelling to Wales for the Welsh Nationals we will train together until Friday making last minute preparations for our Olympics.

Monday 16th July (PM) - 19:15 - 20:45 (LC) Lanes 0, 1, 2 & 3 

Tuesday 17th July (PM) - 19:15 - 20:45 (LC) Lanes 0, 1, 2 & 3 

Wednesday 18th July (PM) - 19:15 - 20:45 (LC) Lanes 0, 1, 2 & 3 

Thursday 19th July (PM) - 19:15 - 20:45 (LC) Lanes 0, 1, 2 & 3 

Friday 20th July - 10:00 Travel to Wales

 

The Wales Travel Itinerary:

Meet at JCCS Aquatics Centre: 09:30

Coach Departs: 10:00

Arrive in Swansea: 16:00 (approximately)

 

Depart Swansea 27th July: 10:00 (approximately)

Arrive at the JCCS Aquatics Centre: 16:30 (approximately)

 

Please remember to label all your kit before travelling to Wales.

 

Good Luck to everyone competing in Wales and to Harry Devlin who will be representing our squad in the National Age Group Championships in Sheffield.
