Latex Tubing

Hi Everyone,

In addition to the current swimmers training equipment we would like you all to have a latex exercise tube used for land training and injury prevention. The tubing will be available in the club shop from Monday 12^th November. I believe it comes in at only about £2.00, we will be going through some exercises in the next few weeks that all squad members can do on poolside before workouts. Regional Age Group should purchase the yellow tubing.
