Thursday Am Training

Hi All,

From this Thursday onwards Regional squads will have the pool available until 7am. Any swimmers that attend Thursday am and would like to stay in until 7am are welcome to do so from this week. When moving up from Regional to National Age Group all mornings will be 5am - 7am, taking up the offer will provide a great opportunity to practice swimming 2 hours long course on a morning before you move up.
