SUPER SPRINTERS!

Some really good sprinting by the Regional Squads last weekend and some amazing times. You should all be very pleased with yourselves. Three weekends of racing and all of them swum great, we are very proud of you all. Lets keep up the hard work in training and start working towards the NER's, Welsh Nationals and Winter Yorkshires.

Regional 1

Overall as a group you achieved 73 PB's out of 96 Swims, 20 Final Swims and 1 Gold Medal, 2 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze.
