Harrogate Spa Town A/B Graded Meet 2016

Hi All,

Entries for the Harrogate Spa Town Meet will be taken on Monday 15th February. Swimmers are advised to enter events they have not just swum at the Yorkshires. This meet will be a great opportunity for swimmers to try events they have never swum before such as the 100 Fly, 200 Fly, 400 FS and 400 IM. Please speak to your coaches if you are unsure. We would also suggest entering the 50m FS and your best 50m form stroke as this will keep your times up to date for Junior League selection.

Swimmers are advised not enter more than 2 races per session. This meet is limited to 400 entries per club and any entries after this number will be rejected by Leeds on the Monday night.

Swimmers must not have swum faster than the Upper Limit Time in the previous 12 months but must have swum faster than the Lower Limit Time in the same period. Upper and Lower Qualifying times can be seen by using the link below. Swimmers who are wanting to try new events can use the standard times formula to work out an estimated entry time based on your PB's. However if you do use this please make sure your estimate is within the upper and lower qualifying times Harrogate have published.
