B.O.K Spring Open Meet

A big congratulations t you all on the fantastic racing on Sunday at B.O.K. The coaching team were very impressed and are excited to watch you race in the last few meets of the season which are quickly approaching.

We are very proud of you all. Please try to attend as many sessions as possible in the last few months of the season to give yourself the best possible chance of success.

Regional Development achieved a whopping 105 PB's out of 110 Swims, 13 Gold Medals, 15 Silver Medals, 18 Silver Medals, 9 More Yorkshire Qualifying Times and 1 more NER.
