Swimmers in Regional Development are to report to Kevin on Saturday and Lyn on Sunday.

Swimmers in Regional Performance are to report to Harrison on Saturday and Lyn on Sunday.

Please be advised that due to Craig Robertson's wedding taking place this weekend Kevin and Harrison will be arriving late on Saturday am as they have to attend morning training with National Squad at John Charles first. Phil will be looking after the swimmers for the warm up. Swimmers should know their race warm up for the weekend as it will be practised on Friday night before the meet.
