City of Leeds Christmas Cracker & Training Changes

Hi All,

The Leeds Xmas Meet is the last meet of 2018 and the end of the current training cycle, lets make it a good one. Concentrate on the skills you have learnt in training and put them into practice in the racing pool.

Please remember it is City of Leeds policy that all swimmers must arrive 30 minutes prior to warm up starting. Failure to check in with the team managing staff 30 minutes before warm up will consequence in a withdrawal of all swims in that particular session.

Friday 14th December - 19:00-20:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 15th December - No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 17th December - No AM Training (Recovery)

Monday 17th December - 18:00-19:30 (Earlier Time)
