Hi All,

Please take note of the training changes below for March due to competitions and pool bookings.

Regional Performance

Monday 11^th March – No AM training (Recovery after March Madness)

Saturday 16^th March – 06:00 – 07:30 – Pit (Underwater Hockey Booking)

Thursday 28^th March – No AM Land training (06:30 – 06:45, Start, Turns & Finish practise)

Friday 29^th March – 07:00 – 08:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 30^th March – No AM Training (Squad competing at Harrogate Spa Town Meet)
