Training Changes- Saturday 13th July

Hi All,

Apologies for the late notice in getting these training changes sent out, we were waiting for confirmation from Richmondales to say that we could use the dive pit to accommodate our sessions.

Please take note of the following changes to training due to the Richmondales Competition held at John Charles this weekend.
