Harrogate Spa Town Meet 2020 Cancelled

Hi All,

Please see the message below from Harrogate regarding the Spa Town Meet.

In the light of the latest Government and Public Health England advice and upon recommendation by Swim England, we have reluctantly decided that the 2020 Harrogate Spa Town Swim meet must be cancelled for the protection of swimmers, volunteers, coaches, parents and pool staff. We have run this meet for many years without interruption and are sorry for the disappointment the decision will inevitably cause. We will contact clubs over the next few days to arrange refunds of entry fees.

I am sure swimmers are as disappointed as all the coaches, that under the circumstances training and galas need to be cancelled. We were extremely looking forward to seeing you all race next weekend, especially after the amount of hard work you have all put into training over the past few months.

We hope you all stay well and we look forward to seeing you all soon! 🙂
