Swim England Fees 2021

Swim England Fees are due again on the 1^st January 2021 but due to current restrictions obviously things are going to be a bit different to previous years as we are unable to collect these at the pool.

The committee have decided that we will not be collecting any club fees this year, but Swim England fees are still due. This rather simplifies matters in that there are only two categories for swimmers to fall into, Category 1 and Category 2

Category 1 fees (for swimmers aged 8 and under) will be £14.70

Category 2 fees (for all other swimmers) will be £33.25

If your swimmer is likely to turn 9 in the first couple of months of 2021 please renew them as category 2

We have a new online system this year to enable remote payment and all our swimmers have been loaded on the system by Kevin. On your swimmers online profile page please check that your child is entered for the correct SE Category. If this needs changing click edit, this can then be changed between category 1 & 2, then click save.

If you have any problems please email kevin.schofield@leeds.gov.uk and he can change it manually before you make payment.

You should now have received an email from Kevin with a link to log into your account. For the first time you log in please set up your account using 'Change my password'.

The system will accept only card payments, either debit card or credit card. The system should be able to identify your swimmer even where surnames differ. I will be able to see when a payment has been made, at which point I will renew your swimmers registration, or if the payment has defaulted.

To ease the burden of reconciling payments we are asking that squads pay on the following weeks.

Week Commencing 04.01.2021 - Senior National and National Youth

Week Commencing 11.01.2021 - National Age Group

Week Commencing 18.01.2021 - Junior Performance & Regional Performance

Week Commencing 25.01.2021 - Regional Development

Week Commencing 01.02.2021 - Regional Fast Track

Week Commencing 08.02.2021 - County East & County West

If you have opted in to receive notifications, a reminder will be sent on the week your child's payment is due.

This is all new to everyone so please bear with us as there may be teething troubles

Once again all fees have to be paid by 22 February at the latest otherwise swimmers will be lapsed from the SE register
