1500m Time Trail

Hi all,

We will be hosting a 1500m time trial for the Regional Squads on the following Thursday mornings.

- Thursday 6^th May.

- Thursday 8^th July.

This will not be a normal session and swimmers should only attend if they are taking part in the time trail. Swimmers should confirm their attendance at this session to their coach by word of mouth by the end of Wednesday night's session (5^th May). This will then enable us to create the heat sheets in time for Thursday morning.

Any swimmers who are unsure if they should be taking part, please speak to your coach who will advise.
