Training Changes - October

Hi All,

Please take note of the training changes to the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Friday 1st October - 19:00 - 20:00 (1 hour only)

Saturday 2nd October - No Training (Squad Competing at JCCS)

Monday 4th October - No AM Training (Recovery after City of Leeds October Meet)

Friday 22nd October - 19:00 - 20:00 (1 hour only)

Saturday 23rd October - No Training (Squad Competing at Sheffield)

Monday 25th October - No AM Training (Recovery after Winter Yorkshires)

Monday 11th - No Am Training (13 Yrs+ who have competed at Yorkshire's, normal for everyone else)

Saturday 16th October - 06:00 - 07:30 (Dive Pit, earlier time due to RLSS Lifesaving)
