We have had no information through from Sheffield with regards to spectators yet, this will be sent out as and when we recieve it.

Kevin is away for on annual leave from Friday 26th November to Monday 29th November. Swimmers from Regional Development are to report to Craig Robertson on Saturday and Phoebe Parry on Sunday.

Training Changes

Friday 26th November = 19:00 - 20:00

Saturday 27th November = No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 29th November = No AM Training (Recovery)
