1500m Time Trial

Hi All,

We will be doing a 1500m Time Trial for swimmers in Regional Development & Regional Performance on Thursday 16^th December.

This will not be a normal session. Swimmers will perform a warmup, time trial, swim down and then they can leave.

The 1500m time trial is a key indicator in testing the aerobic endurance of the swimmers.

ALL members who are 10 and over from Regional Performance should be in attendance. All members of Regional Development who attend Thursday mornings should also attend.

Anyone who is competing in the 800m or 1500m Freestyle in the Leeds Christmas Cracker on Friday 17^th December does not need to attend.

If there are any parents who are free to help lap count, please make yourselves available on Thursday morning to Kevin & Emily.

So, the coaching staff can prepare heats for the morning, please register your attendance by entering the 1500m on the Gala's page the City of Leeds online entry system by 6:30pm on Tuesday 14th December.
