Sheffield No Frills & Training Changes

Hi All,

Below are the details and arrival times for those swimmers competing this weekend at Ponds Forge, Sheffield. Please also note the training changes due to both squads competing.

Regional Development & Regional Performance

Friday 20^th May = 19:00 - 20:00 (1 hour only, no land training)

Saturday 21^st May = No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 23^rd May = No AM Training (Recovery)

Swimmers in Regional Development are to report to Phoebe on Saturday as Kevin is away in Birmingham at a Commonwealth Games test event.
