Welsh Summer Nationals - Photo Consent

I hope you are all looking forward to the trip. All deposits are now in and we have a strong team of 45 swimmers attending the trip.

We are just over a week away until the online entries open at 9:00am on Wednesday 15th June on the Swim Wales website.

The meet will be filled on a first come first serve basis, to make sure you are accepted please make sure someone is around to make your swimmers entries as soon as the competition opens.

We will send out more entry information closer to the time.

Please find a link here to a copy of the photo consent form which needs filling in if you would like your child to participate in any individual or team photos during the trip.

In the meantime, so we can be as organised as possible please make sure your signed code of conducts, medical forms and photo consents are returned to Angela Dyer at the earliest opportunity. Coaches will also take forms and pass them on.
