1500m Time Trial

Hi All,

We will be doing a 1500m Time Trial for swimmers in Regional Development & Regional Performance on Thursday 28^th July.

This will not be a normal session. Swimmers will perform a warmup, time trial, swim down and then they can leave.

The 1500m time trial is a key indicator in testing the aerobic endurance of the swimmers.

ALL members who are 10 and over from Regional Performance should be in attendance. All members of Regional Development who attend Thursday mornings should also attend.

So, the coaching staff can prepare heats for the morning, please register your attendance by entering the 1500m on the Gala's page the City of Leeds online entry system by 6:30pm on Tuesday 26^th July
