Training Changes Reminder - Saturday 8th October

Just a reminder that Regional Performance will train at the earlier time of 06:00 – 07:30 at John Charles this Saturday (8th Oct) due to the 13+ Yorlshire Short Course Championships taking place at JCCS.

Training for Regional Development was originally scheduled for 6am, however we are now informed that Yorkshire Swimming do not require the diving pit. Therefore, training for Regional Development will be as normal 07:30 - 09:00 (8^th Oct).
