Training Changes - March 2022

Hi All,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during March due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 4th March - 6:00 - 7:30am (Earlier time due to Richmond Dales Meet)

Monday 6th March - No AM Training (Recovery after March Madness)

Saturday 18th March - 6:00 - 7:30am (Earlier time due to G Star Diving Event)

Saturday 25th March - 6:00 - 7:30am (Earlier time due to York City Baths Meet)

Friday 31st March - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour for those not competing at Hull on Friday evening)

Saturday 1st April - No Training (Squad competing at Hull)

Monday 3rd April - No AM Training (Recovery)
