Training Changes - April 2022

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during April due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 1st April - No Training (Squad competing at Hull)

Monday 3rd April - No AM Training (Recovery after Hull)

Friday 7th April - 9:15 - 10:45am (Good Friday), (JCCS, Middle Pool)

Saturday 8th April - 7:30 - 9:00am (JCCS, Dive Pit)

Monday 10th April - 9:15 - 10:45am (Easter Monday), (JCCS, Middle Pool)

Friday 14th April - No Training (City of Leeds Nationla Qualifier taking place at JCCS)

Saturday 15th April - 6:00 - 7:30am (JCCS, Long Course)

Friday 21st April - 6:30 - 07:30pm (Just 1 hour, NER swimmers), normal for rest of squad.

Saturday 22nd April - No Training NER swimmers, normal for rest of squad.
