Training Changes - May 2023

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during May due to bank holidays, pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Monday 1st May - 9:15 - 10:45am (Bank Holiday), (JCCS, Middle Pool)

Monday 8th May - 9:15 - 10:45am (Bank Holiday), (JCCS, Middle Pool)

Thursday 11th May AM - 1500m Time Trial

Friday 12th May - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 13th May - No Training (Squad competing at NER's or Rotherham Meet)

Monday 15th May - No AM Training (Recovery)

Monday 29th May - 9:15 - 10:45am (Bank Holiday), (JCCS, Middle Pool)
