At this evening's Team Talk, the highlights were:

- Great team effort with Sportsmanship. Cheering on everyone in heats and finals with amazing team spirit.

- Amit Maltz – stepped up her game and made her first ever final after not making a final last year. Excellent swimming!

- Reuben Harrison – extremely helpful towards Helen in the flooded flat, helping everyone move their belongings quickly into another flat. Great work!

- Hogan Lam – youngest of the group and made his first final in the 200 breaststroke. He even knocked off another 6 seconds from his heat swim! Brilliant effort Hogan!!
