Regional Squads Training Changes - October 2023

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during October due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Monday 2nd October AM - No AM Training (Recovery)

Saturday 7th October AM - 06:15 - 07:45 (Main pool short course), (Earlier time due to 13 & Over Yorkshire Championships)

Friday 13th October PM – 18:30 - 19:30

Saturday 14th October AM - No Training (Squad Competing at Yorkshires)

Monday 16th October AM - No AM Training (Recovery)

Saturday 27th October AM – 06:00 – 07:20 (Dive Pit), (Earlier time due to White Rose Diving Gala)
