Training Changes - April 2024

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during April due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Friday 5th April - 18:30 - 19:30 (for those swimmers not competing at Hull in the 400m races)

Saturday 6th April - No Training (Squad Competing at Hull or Spring Development Meet)

Monday 8th April - No Am Training (Recovery)

Friday 12th April - No Training (City of Leeds National Qualifier)

Saturday 13th April - 6:15 - 7:45 (Long Course) (Earlier time due to City of Leeds National Qualifier)

Friday 26th April - 06:30 - 07:30 (NER Swimmers), Normal for rest of squad

Saturday 27th April - 06:15 - 7:45 (Long Course) (Earlier time due to NER's)

Monday 29th April - No Am Training (Swimmers who have competed in NER's)
