Training Changes - July 2024

Hi all,

Please take note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads during July due to pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Saturday 6th July - No Training for those swimmers competing in the Summer Development Meet (Training as normal for all others)

Thursday 11th July - Am session (1500m Time Trial)

Friday 12th July - 18:30 - 19:30 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 13th July - No Training (Squad competing at City of Sheffield Summer Meet)

Monday 15th July - No Am Training (Recovery)

Saturday 27th July - Last session before summer break

Pm training will resume on Wednesday 28th August.

No Am training on Thursday 29th August

Am training as normal on Saturday 31th August

Monday and Thursday Am's will start week commencing Monday 2nd September
