Thursday 11th December - 1500m Time Trial

Hi all,

Just a reminder that we will be doing a 1500m Time Trial for swimmers in Regional Development & Regional Performance on Thursday 11th December. So we can accommodate all swimmers, training will start at the earlier time of 5:00am for this session.

This will not be a normal session. Swimmers will perform a warmup, time trial and swim down. All swimmers are expected to stay and perform the coach prescribed swim down before they leave.

The 1500m time trial is a key indicator in testing the aerobic endurance of the swimmers.

ALL members who are 10 and over from Regional Performance should be in attendance. All members of Regional Development who attend Thursday mornings should also attend. Any swimmers who are racing the 800m or 1500m on Friday evening at the Christmas Cracker do not need to attend.
