C Central's New Year Resolutions & Targets

Here are all the targets you made for this year. We will look back later in the year to see if you have achieved them.

•To not look for the wall on Backstroke

•To have high elbows on Frontcrawl

•Not breath on first stroke out of turns on Frontcrawl

•Speed Up

•To do 6 fly kicks off every start and turn

Remember everything in training should be practised perfectly. Every start and turn should be practised as a race turn. Practising something bad will only make you be brilliant at doing something bad.
