Training Changes (Week of Monday 5th Sept)

Leeds City Council are hosting the Dutch National Swim Team week commencing Monday 5^th September 2011.

This week the pool will be in Long Course configuration each session. Some sessions may be a squeeze as we will only have 2 lanes but I am sure we will cope just for this week.

Monday 5th September

Am = Normal

Pm = No Land Training

7:30 - 8:30 (7:30 - 8:00 = Lanes 5 & 6, 8:00 - 8:30 = Lanes 4, 5 & 6)

Wednesday 7th September

Pm = 6:30 - 7:30 (Lanes 5 & 6)

Thursday 8th September

Am = Normal

Pm = 6:30 - 8:00 (Lanes 5 & 6)
