Welsh Summer Nationals

Anyone who is swimming in the Welsh Summer Nationals will only be training for one hour on Thursday night.

Please make sure the Emergency Contact Number is saved in your phones; 07504 411 157

Swimmers are to travel in City of Leeds Tracksuits and wear the White Shirt that was given out in the meeting last Monday.
Remeber to label any medicine and give to the Team Manager.
Swimmers will need a packed lunch or money to be able to get lunch on the journey down and will need money for lunch on the return.

Travel Itinerary

Meet at JCCS Aquatics Centre 29th July: 09:00

Coach Departs: 09:30

Arrive in Swansea: 15:00 (approximately)

Depart Swansea 5th August: 11:00 (approximately)

Arrive at the JCCS Aquatics Centre 17:00 (approximately)

There is a last minute advice sheet I will be giving out tonight. The sheet will also be available to print out under the Swim Meets section of the Blog called Gala Preparation when ryan has uploaded it.

Hopefully the trip will be a great success. Anyone who is not swimming have a great Summer !
