National Qualifying Meet

Hi All,

Those swimmers competing in the National Qualifying Meet at the weekend will just be training for 1 hour on Friday night.  Swimmers are to report to Kevin on Saturday and Tom on Sunday.  This is one of the last opportunities to grab those North Eastern times, hopefully you will all add a few more to your list.

Good Luck to everyone who is racing this weekend.  Remember get in the race from the start and don't play catch up later on.  Make sure those turns are less than a second and accelerate into the finish.

Make sure you pick up the effort on every 50m.  If the length you are swimming feels the same as the one you have swum before you will be slowing down, if you feel like you are putting in more effort on every length then your splits will be the same or faster which is what you want.

All swimmers who are racing over the weekend can have Sunday nights session off with a mark.
