Well Done!

Keep training hard.  On the whole the technique in both squads is looking very good at the moment.  Make sure you try your best to transfer the skills you have learnt in the training pool into the racing pool.  Best of luck to those swimmers who are competing for East Leeds at Harrogate over the weekend, we look forward to hearing about your results.
