A Fantastic End to 2015!

For some of you this was your last meet of 2015 and a great meet it was .

Well done to all the swimmers who swum in the Bradford meet over the weekend, some fantastic swims and brilliant times. The medal tally is excellent!

Regional Development achieved 144 PB's out of 157 Swims, 8 Gold Medals, 11 Silver Medals, 21 Bronze Medals and 43 more Yorkshire Qualifying Times.

Moving forward a couple of tips........

Practice Backstroke to Backstroke and Backstroke to Breaststroke turns at race speed in training. A couple of you are relying on your training counts to be at the wall when you are racing. Your training counts from the flags will be different to your racing counts.

Remember once you turn on your front on Backstroke you must tumble turn, gliding into the wall and kicking your legs will get you disqualified.

Your coaches are very proud of you all keep up the hard work into the the New Year.
