City of Leeds Christmas Meet

Hi All,

You all performed outstandingly last weekend at Bradford. The Leeds Xmas Meet is the last meet of 2015, lets make it a good one. Concentrate on the skills you have learnt in training and put them into practice in the racing pool.

There will be the following changes to training due to the competition this weekend;

Regional Development & Regional Performance

Friday 18th December - 19:00 - 20:00 (Just 1 Hour)

Saturday 19th December - No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 21st - No AM Training (Recovery)
