Regional Training Changes

Hi All,

Please make note of the following training changes over the next few weeks due to competitions and pool bookings.

Regional Development

Saturday 13th October - No Training (White Rose Diving Competition)

Friday 26th October - 19:00 - 20:00 (No Land Training)

Monday 29th October - No Monday AM (Recovery After City of Leeds October Meet)

Regional Performance

Saturday 6th October - 06:00 - 07:30 Diving Pit (RLSS Speed Champs)
