April Training Changes

Hi All,

Please make note of the following changes to training for the Regional Squads over April due to Easter, pool bookings and competitions.

Regional Development

Friday 12^th April – 07:15 – 08:30 (No Land Training) (Later start due to National Qualifier Meet)

Saturday 13^th April – 07:30 – 08:45 (Dive Pit)

Friday 19^th April – No Training

Saturday 20^th April – No Training

Monday 22^nd April – No Training

Saturday 27^th April – 07:30 – 08:30 (Richmondaleas Meet), We will train to 08:45 if Richmondales allow

Monday 29^th April – No AM Training (Recovery after BOK Spring Open Meet)
