The coaching team are thrilled with the amount of fantastic performances in the pool over the weekend. Some very hard work has gone into training over the last few weeks and the results were a credit to all swimmers. We are very proud of you all.

Regional Development achieved a whopping 125 PB's out of 145 Swims, 5 Speeding Tickets, 33 Gold Medals, 32 Silver Medals, 19 Bronze Medals and 39 more Yorkshire Qualifying Times.

Most of you are starting to get the idea of how to pace on the longer distance now. For some of you it looks like your race plan is coming together as we are getting closer to the end of the season. For those swimmers who achieved Yorkshire times it is now time to start chasing those NER qualifying times.

Keep training insane or your times will remain the same!
