1500m Time Trial

Hi All,

We will be doing a 1500m Time Trial again on Thursday 19^th December. This will not be a normal session. Swimmers will perform a warm up, time trial, swim down and then they can leave. The 1500m time trial is a key indicator in testing the endurance of the swimmers. ALL members who are 10 and over from Regional Performance should be in attendance. All members of Regional Development who attend Thursday mornings should also attend. Anyone who took part in the 1500m Time Trial on Friday 13^th December can have the morning off. Kevin and Craig will be away on a Swim England Camp Tue – Fri, if there are any parents who are free to help lap count please make yourselves available on Thursday morning to Kim & Emily.
