City of Leeds Christmas Cracker & Training Changes

Hi All,

The Leeds Xmas Meet is the last meet of 2019 and the end of the current training cycle, let's make it a good one. Concentrate on the skills you have learnt in training and put them into practice in the racing pool.

Please remember it is City of Leeds policy that all swimmers must arrive 30 minutes prior to warm up starting. Failure to check in with the team managing staff 30 minutes before warm up will consequence in a withdrawal of all swims in that particular session.

Please take note of the training changes below due to this weekends competition

Thursday 19th December AM: No Land Training (Starts, Turns Finishes practice until 6:45am)

Friday 20th December - 19:00-20:00 (Just 1 hour)

Saturday 21st December - No Training (Squad Competing)

Monday 23rd December - No AM Training (Recovery)
