Please note as BOK have changed the date of their Spring Open Meet to Sunday 14^th June we have made the decision to add the City of Sheffield No Frills Meet into our completion calendar instead of the BOK Meet.

The City of Sheffield No Frills Meet will be held at Ponds Forge on May 30^th & 31^st which means those swimmers who are too young or do not qualify for the NER's have an opportunity to compete during May. The new date of the BOK meet sits towards the end of a training cycle which takes us into the Harrogate Summer Meet and the City of Leeds Summer Meet. Attending the BOK Meet in June would mean swimmers are racing 3 weekends in a row.

The new plan allows swimmers in Regional Squads to compete in March, April, May June and July.

Entries for the No Frills Meet will be taken on Monday 24^th February.
